		<description>I&#039;ve had this experience voting as well; remembering mid-ballot that I need to pick between judges, and having no idea what to go with, or being asked whether $500,000 should be spent on school buses, and thinking &quot;school buses are good, right?&quot;.  Lacking the information to make a decision is disempowering.</description>
