NPR’s On the Media covers CREW’s lawsuit against the Office of the Vice President, the ACLU’s efforts to get detainee pictures released, and a new OLC memo bill from Senator Feingold (S. 3501)and Rep. Brad Miller (anyone know the House bill number?). As usual, I wish news coverage would include bill numbers…

HR 6929 looks like Miller’s OLC bill.
