The bailout bill number is HR 3997. Here is its page on OpenCongress.org, and a page on GovTrack.us comparing different versions of the legislation, several of which are described here. The dcexaminer.com page also has a great comparison chart, showing some provisions across different versions of the legislation.
The Roll Call vote for the main house vote today is available from the Clerk of the House here.
The Sunlight Foundation has posted the bill on PublicMarkup, and a previous post on this blog has several a full version for download, as well as embedding.

This is awesome. Very well put together. Leaves no confusion……as Joe Friday would say, “The facts M’am, just the facts”. All facts presented here can be verified on Google.
It is a little long (11min) and goes pretty fast. But well worth the time to see. If it goes to fast, use the pause button to stop on each frame you want see it more fully.
